This is a private group where Diabetics can learn, ask questions, discuss and get valuable content about managing diabetes the best way, and reverse their symptoms.

Our Mission


After being diagnosed with pre-diabetes and then Type 2, I have now successfully managed to reverse my Type 2 Diabetes & now want to help others! Through Diet, Exercise, and Fasting.
